Red Frog Freight’s mission is to provide fast and affordable delivery of any volume of freight. Commonly referred to as just “Red Frog” or “RF”, its logistical divisions comprise three operational corporations:
RF’s financial division is,

RFF contracts completed in 2015 was far fewer than were completed in 2014. The total rewards increased.
RFF provides high sec rush service since February 9, 2014.Rush pricing at the start of 2015 was 6 times the regular RFF rate. On July 29th the rate multiplier was reduced to 4 times the RFF rate.
Overdue contracts are those that took more than four hours from acceptance to completion, on which the customer is refunded the reward. Rush contracts for 2014 are only from February 9 to December 31, not for an entire year.

* Accepted to Completed, not including overdue contracts
Red Frog Freight tries to complete contracts as quickly as possible; within 24 hours after date issued is our goal, but this is not always possible due to various reasons. We ask customers to issue contracts with 3 days to accept and 1 day to complete, and usually RFF delivers well within these parameters.
Out of the 139,758 contracts completed by RFF in 2015, about 85.1% of the contracts (118,998) were completed within 24 hours after a contract was issued. 97.5% of the contracts (136,210) were completed within 48 hours after a contract was issued.
The median time from contract issue to contract completion was about 7 hours and 32 minutes. This is 24 minutes faster than the 7 hours and 56 minutes median delivery time set in 2014.
|Year 2015||N||Mean time||Std dev||Median time|
|Issued to accepted||139,758||8 hours 59 min||12 hours 3 min||3 hours 40 min|

Our hauling service is made possible by lots of pilots. Since December 2011, RFF uses a standardized recruitment application form, and these statistics are based on that system. Total applications are up modestly this year.

|Pilots accepted (approximate)||249||247||0.8% ↑|

Contract numbers are separated with regards to security status: contracts with both origins and destinations (high to high) are separated, and these are further subdivided into service to contiguous high sec and to sevice including high sec island solar systems.
Overall, contracts completed decreased this year. Significant changes also include a decrease in service to low sec, and a similar sized decrease in service to null sec.
BFL pilots may travel long distances. The longest contract was 75 lightyears from start to finish, starting from Perrigen Falls and ending in Fountain!

White Frog Insurance is the private financial arm of Red Frog. It provides new ships and isk when a pilot loses a shipment (within strict rules). Transactions in pilot's accounts are recorded in their "web wallet", allowing deposits, contract tax / insurance premiums, and bonuses from the star points program to be completed without relying entirely on in-game mechanics.
A basic overview of White Frog financials follows. This comes from the corporation wallet journal and from the web wallet transactions.
|Contract tax levied (in M isk)||-248,461|
|Insurance deposited by pilots (in M isk)||235,349|
|Maximum insurance rate||15%|
|Minimum insurance rate||5%|
|Average insurance rate||8.8%|

On behalf of all frogs, we would like to thank all our customers for their continued patronage.
Directors and managers would like to thank the hundreds of pilots in all the frog corporations for making these results possible.
All contract data for years 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 was harvested via the EVE API. Most numbers are based on the dateIssued of each contract, and not on the dateAccepted.
If “base rewards” are mentioned anywhere, they represent the reward as calculated by the Red Frog web calculator at the time of contract issue. Therefore, when price increases were rolled out, the new base reward was stored along side that contract.
